Constant leakage due to ageing of traditional domestic water piping systems either stainless steel or GI is one of the common problems in many of the high-rise buildings in UAE. We would like to appraise about a major MEP project for UAE’s Emirati multinational real estate development company at one of their elite residential towers in Dubai, Marina. Our MEP team replaced the existing stainless steel domestic water distribution system having porosity to a complete HDPE pipeline network (Approx 1300 meters) along with necessary fittings, and valve packages.
